Payment & Returns

All prices are in Australia dollars and include the Australian GST.

Orders can be placed securely on line by credit card, debit card or via a Paypal account. Mastercard and Visa are accepted. To ensure your details remain confidential we use Paypal who uses a server using 128bit SSL Security or higher.

If you would prefer to pay by direct deposit into our bank account, please select the "Direct Bank Deposit" option during stage 2 of the checkout procedure. When confirming your order, you will be provided with our bank account information. Please quote your name when making payment into our bank account and e-mail details of your payment to us as verification. Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received.

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact info@thinkcards.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will provide you with the details to return them.

You will be refunded the purchase price of the items being returned. Any delivery cost that you may have incurred will not be re-imbursed.

Please ensure that the products are returned as new in the original packaging.
